I’ve been buying Eco Sox’s for 5 years and they’re the best! I’m not even a diabetic! I buy them for comfort and so my ankles never swell….after a busy day work or traveling in the car on a long commute!

I decided to try these because the ones I normally by from Ecosox seem too restrictive at the top. These are more comfortable on that aspect. I'm waiting to see if they start sagging. However, the footbed did not seem to have as much cushion as the others. I really like the thicker footbed.

These socks are the closest to ideal that I have found so far. I'm Type 1 for over 40 years and I have given away many diabetic socks mainly due to being too tight. These socks are ok in the ankle part but in the foot there is still a little too much constriction. Perhaps Ecosox could offer sizing in "wide" or "extra wide". I love the material - very gentle on tender diabetic feet!

My wife and I both love these socks. They are easy on and off. Even after a long day the neck of the sock does not create a deep impression on the ankles
